Borg Scale - This will help you measure how hard you are working
and how breathless you feel during your exercise programme.
If you feel that you are BORG - 5-6, it is time for you to reduce
what you are doing and have a seat to let you BORG scale settle
3-4, then start again. You want to be exercising in the green area
not the red area. Red is too much and you need to STOP.
