7. Static Bear crawl
Instruction:
Start on all fours with hands under your shoulders and knees under
hips. Lift your knees approximately an inch off the floor and hold
for 5 seconds if able.
8. A Moving Bear crawl
Instruction:
Start on all fours with hands under your shoulders and knees under
hips. Lift your knees approximately an inch off the floor. Move one
hand and the opposite foot forward while staying low. Continue
this movement alternating opposite hand opposite leg.
