Instruction:
Sit in a chair with a good back
support. Bend your hip up as far
as you can hold at the top for 5
seconds and then bring it down
onto the chair again.
Instruction:
Sit in a chair with a good
back support. Bend and
straighten your knee.
Once it is fully straight
hold for 10secs and then
return to your resting
position. Continue this
alternating each leg.
