be able to advise you on how to modify your diet to ensure weight
loss while maintaining muscle mass.
Combining good nutrition and regular exercise together is
the key for improving your fitness for transplant.
Pacing and Spacing
It is important that you pace yourself with exercise particularly with
your fatigue levels caused by your liver disease.
You want to be able participate in some form of exercise every day.
It is advised that you do not do all your exercises one day and then
not able to do any exercise for a few days.
You want to be able do some exercise every day to be able to build
muscle mass and strength and improve your physical fitness daily
for the future.
