Instruction:
Sitting in a chair, place both feet on
the band on the ground. Keeping
your elbows tucked in by your side,
bend alternate elbows pulling the
theraband up. To make this harder
you can bend both arms together
or increase the band resistance, this
will be advised by your therapist.

elbows tucked in by your side, bend your elbows and then
straighten again. Continue this alternating each arm to make this
harder complete the exercise with both arms together, again your
therapist will advise you on this.
