9. Step ups
Instruction:
Find a step (bottom step of stairs or step
outside into house). Step up onto step and
step back down using same leg. Hold onto
rail if required. Switch legs. Your therapist
will advise you on how many to complete.
10. A Lung
Instruction:
Hold onto a firm
surface, step back with
one leg and then bend
the knee towards the
floor. In this position
hold of 5 seconds and
then step both feet
back together, continue
this with alternating
each leg.
