Re-referral
Re-referrals can be made to MARAC where there are ongoing
/ new incidents of concern. This takes into
consideration the risks with regard to coercive control and
stalking. So where a victim receives on-going texts for
example which breach NMO / court orders, this is
accepted as a pattern of behaviour which may be
addressed by re-referral to MARAC.
