VALUES
The Belfast HSC Trust Values were developed through extensive engagement with patients, carers,
service users and staff. These values underpin everything we do and reflect the principles by which
we should work, guiding our attitudes and behaviour, the decisions that we make and what we
expect of one another. Students are expected to behave in a manner consistent with the HS Values
during their work experience placement.
