The event starts at 9.00AM sharp. If you have completed you
statutory mandatory training pack you can leave at 4pm, if you have
not you will spend 4.00-5.00pm completing the training pack.
DETAILSThis event is designed for all new staff, it is an opportunity to connect
with colleagues across different disciplines, gain insight into how we
work together as a team, and learn more about the values and vision of
our organisation.
What time does the Welcome Event start and end?
Is attendance mandatory?
Yes, attendance is mandatory and certificates are provided on
completion to be shared with managers. In exceptional circumstances
please contact bhsctonboarding@belfasttrust.hscni.net if you cannot
attend.

The event is hosted in Belfast Castle.

Smart casual attire is suitable. You do not need to wear your uniform.

Is food provided?
Yes refreshments will be provided on arrival. Lunch is provided. There
will be tea & coffee at breaks also. Please email
bhsctonboarding@belfasttrust.hscni.net with any dietary
requirements.
Is there parking on site?
There is free onsite parking at Belfast Castle (spaces for everyone
are not guaranteed). The main car park is located at the front of the
venue with additional overspill parking also available. There are
designated disabled spaces.
